Being gay, lesbian or bisexual can be a challenging experience for many of us. It becomes even more complicated when you involve mom and dad, family and being Haitian.

Many questions arise from such predicament.
Who should I date? How do I play it safe when it comes to sex? How do I meet Mr./Ms. Right? How do I tell my friends and family about me? Where do I meet men or women?

So let's talk! HGLA presents a variety of interesting topics, including coming relationships, discrimination, culture and safe-sex. Members can also bring up personal issues to the group and receive feedback and advice. At our rap sessions, we meet in a group to talk about various different topics. And we do it in a safe, relaxing, friendly environment. Everything is kept confidential, so don't worry!
